Basic Rates
  • Ceremony: $500
    (20-30 minute prelude, ceremony, and postlude)

  • Reception: $550
    (for 2 hours, including a short musician's break)
    Reception is only $400 if booked in combination with a wedding
    Hourly rates beyond a two hour reception will be negotiated on an individual basis

  • Additional costs:
    $80/hr for travel time to locations outside of Madison
    $50 for special requests, including performing music that is not part of our standard repertoire or working with soloists
